Frequently asked

What counts as a "decision"?

One /api/enforce/evaluate call. A typical agent emits 3–8 decisions per user turn. If you exceed your tier's monthly cap we bill £0.0008/decision overage; we never silently fail-open.

Does the SDK price include the policy catalogue?

Yes. The 47-policy v1 catalogue (OWASP LLM01–10 + MITRE ATLAS) ships with the SDK and updates as part of pip install --upgrade neuravant-enforce. No separate policy subscription.

What happens to my chain at end of contract?

You get a signed JSONL export plus the verifier binary. The chain remains independently verifiable using your tenant key forever — no Neuravant dependency post-exit.

Do you accept POs / annual prepay?

Yes. Annual prepay = 2 months free at Pilot tier. PO terms net-30 from invoice.

Do you offer E&O coverage too?

Coverage is sold separately by our broker partner network (FCA-authorised). Pilot and GA customers get a streamlined application using their attestation chain as the risk profile. Contact underwriting@neuravant.ai.

Can I self-host the gate?

Yes — the SDK is the gate. The hosted offering provides the chain DB, the dashboard, the verified backups, and the SLA. Self-host customers manage their own chain storage and forfeit the underwriting attestation unless they contract a Neuravant-approved attestation provider.
